How Important To Bee
Most of my photos are taken in and around my garden...a garden which has been under continuous construction since around 2000. Its early beginnings was about a 1/4 acre patch of pasture grass and nothing more. Since that time many plants have been dug up and relocated to other spots in the garden because, as I've heard it said, some just do not "marry happily together" as most gardeners will agree with!
Since most of my plants are perennials, many which die back during the winter in our Washington State climate, the garden is in full colorful bloom during the summer and fall!
AND HERE COME THE BEES...

This last one is one of my favorites...just look at those long legs on the bee on the top left and that cute face of the little helmet head bee on the bottom!
